Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped Monday – Friday only. Same Day Shipping is available on many orders placed before 12 noon EST. We will contact you by phone or email if we cannot ship on the same day.

We can ship orders via UPS, Fedex and USPS. The carrier you choose may affect the shipping cost. The shipping rates shown are estimates. The actual shipping cost will be communicated to you.

Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING POLICY!
Unfortunately we can only ship to an address listed with your credit card company. If we are NOT shipping to your billing address, then you must pre-register with us before placing an order.

Returns:

Upon receipt of the products, you shall inspect all the products and notify our Customer Services Department of any claims for wrong products, shortages, defects or damages within 3 days for USA orders and within 7 days for international orders. Failure to notify us within this time period, the goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to your expectations and to have been irrevocably accepted by you.

All returns must be pre-authorized, and a return authorization number provided to you prior to return of the products. Not all items will be authorized for return, due to temperature and packing requirements. Items authorized for return must arrive at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale to be eligible for product credit. A restocking charge of 25% or $25 (whichever is greater) shall be charged on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours. Shipping charges cannot be credited. Goods may not be returned for credit after 20 days after your receipt of the goods.
