Protein ID & Characterization by LC/MS/MS [S-0030]
nano-LC/MS/MS
ITSIBIO utilizes nano LC/MS/MS technology for protein sequencing, protein quantitation and post-translational modification identification. Our team can perform global proteomics and targeted proteomics for biomarker discovery and monitoring. Most biological and clinical samples analyzed directly or after electrophoresis (e.g. 2D-DIGE, SDS-PAGE) and candidate proteins can be identified are identified by nano LC/MS/MS after in-gel or in-solution digestion.
API/MALDI
Our AP/MALDI mass spectrometer is well-suited for identification of protein spots picked from 2D gels. The API/MALDI provides a high-throughput for first pass protein identification requiring only 2 minutes to acquire data per sample in a 96-well format. Identified proteins can be verified by nano-LC/MS/MS as a validation step.
Our Protein Identification services by Mass Spectrometry include:
For a 90 Minute Run (Cat# S-0030)
-
a) Tandem mass spectrometry analysis using nano-LC/MS/MS,
- b) Database search
- c) Identified full protein annotation.
Cost is per Sample.
For a 180 - 240 Minute Run (Cat# S-0030.1)
-
a) Tandem mass spectrometry analysis using nano-LC/MS/MS,
- b) Database search
- c) Identified full protein annotation.
Cost is per Sample.
